1. Acceptance of terms

By using the site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit requests.

2. How the lead-request/matching service works

• You may submit information through on-site forms (for example: name, contact details, and other details you choose to provide).
• We may use the information you provide to match you with potential opportunities or to contact you about next steps.
• We do not guarantee availability of opportunities, acceptance, or any particular outcome.

If your form submission includes personal data, we process it under Ukrainian personal data protection requirements and provide the relevant privacy notice and consent mechanism as applicable.

3. Personal data and cookies

Personal data: If the site collects or processes applicants’ personal data (e.g., names, contacts, CVs or other documents), processing is carried out in accordance with Закон України "Про захист персональних даних", Про захист персональних даних | від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI.

Cookies and similar technologies: For storing/accessing cookies or similar tracking technologies on your terminal equipment, we comply with Закон України "Про електронні комунікації", Про електронні комунікації | від 16.12.2020 № 1089-IX, including obtaining end-user consent when required.

4. Acceptable use

To the maximum extent permitted by law, miroquois.com and its owners, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the site or participation in any matching process.

We make no warranties that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Non-discrimination and lawful recruitment

We do not support discriminatory referrals. Any matching or contact efforts must be conducted lawfully and in accordance with applicable Ukrainian requirements.

If the service relates to employment mediation or recruitment for household staff, we do not charge applicants for job-search/assistance, and we do not require discriminatory conditions. Where applicable, this is consistent with Закон України "Про рекламу", Стаття 24-1. Реклама послуг із працевлаштування.

You remain responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate and lawful to disclose.

7. Third-party sites

The site may link to third-party resources. We are not responsible for and do not control those third parties’ content, policies, or practices.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
